This quote by Kimball is simple and senf explained. You learn to do something by doing it. An example of this can be skating. You keep on trying and trying and at the same time you're learning how to skate. I remember a long time ago I wasn't good at videogames but, I kept on playing even tho i wasn't good but now I'm very good at them because I learned to play by playing.
